Shady Records
Shady records was founded in 199 by eminem and Paul Rosenberg so he could sign his old
group in detroit, D12. When they rapped together and were younger they said whoever
got successful had to sign the group.
50 was signed to shady records next. Eminem had met him in New York when he was
filming 8 mile and decided to sign him. When he released Massacre he started a feud with
Jadakiss that got DJ green Lantern caught communicating with Jadakiss. He was forced
to leave shady records as well as shade 45, the slim shady radio station. He was
replaced by Alchemist.
In the recent years eminem has signed SlaughterHouse and his old buddy royce da 5'9".
He has also signed yelawolf.
